RESOLVED: EMIS API Issue Affecting Check and Cancel

We are pleased to report that the issue affecting features such as Check and Cancel has now been resolved.
EMIS has confirmed they have implemented a fix for the problem originating from their partner API. Normal service for these features should now be restored.

We are aware of a service disruption currently affecting features such as Check and Cancel. The root cause is an identified issue with the EMIS partner API, which is outside of our direct control but impacts our service delivery.
